So disappointed that Rent-a-Wreck trying to make money off of via consumer's insurance USAA without directly notifying me the customer. My USAA asked me if i have filed any auto claim. I had no idea; and i was furious to find out it was Rent-A-Wreck trying to make several thousand dollars. I remember who had me sign that document...hidden agenda under the smile of the employee who works there. I going to see that guy tomorrow why he is trying to make money such terrible way

So far I’m dissatisfied with service and I haven’t even had a chance to talk to anyone. Called 4 times today and left voicemails because I’m in desperate need for a vehicle and have received no calls back. Will keep trying, hope they come through for me
