Great and very helpful team. Book in process was very fast and straight forward. I'd booked in advance which helped, though complicated immensely by the offer of a whole host of additional charges that while optional one felt obliged to buy 'just to be sure'. I just wish these car rental companies give you a simple flat rate all inclusive quote on their websites when booking and without surprises on the day. I ended up paying about 40% more than the original booking quote which in my view was excessive for what it was - hence 3 stars!

We had a rental car through a icbc claim and someone hit us in the real car and they were found at fault 100% and we were charged a 100.00 "administration fee" I called about this fee they agreed to give me back 15.00 and would have a manager call me back the next day which never happened. Never contacted me again.. Horrible service will never be going back or recommending..

Excellent service everytime. I have rented a truck every year for the last 15 years from this branch. Today no exception. Very helpful and friendly. Thank you once again.

Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. Was told they had a car for me and was also told they could bill my insurance company. Get there 2 hours later, guess what??? NO car, and they can't bill my insurance company. Go to Nanaimo, or Comox even. I had to give them one star to post. In truth they deserve 0.
