Awful service. Reserved a car there. When we showed up the person said they were out of cars and they were closing and we had to leave. I asked him what it meant to reserve a car and he would not answer me. He did not try and help me at all. He did not make a phone call to see if another place had a car at the same price as what we had reserved it at. Highly recomend places that have an honest and dependable reputation. Wasted time on our anniversary trip

We rented a car from this place. Jamil made our visit very easy, amazing customer service. We will definitely go back to the enterprise in maple-ridge for our future car rentals.

Best car rental experience ever. I had to rent twice within a few weeks, and both times, the service was exceptional. The first time was through car insurance, and the experience was so positive that when I needed to rent a vehicle for personal reasons, I went back. Unfortunately for them, I had a belligerent relative with me. Jaimal was over-the-top incredible at defusing the situation multiple times, and he and his colleague stayed past closing time dealing with unreasonable demands and rude treatment. So patient and customer-service focused, beyond what I would have expected of ANYONE. I will definitely come back the next time I need a rental car, and will recommend them highly to family and friends.
