The rental agent at the counter was very rude and short with me for the whole conversation. When I asked him a question he seemed upset that I would even ask him anything but maybe he was just having a bad day but, it still didn’t feel great to be treated like that. The person I dropped off the keys with was great and really friendly and the rental I got was clean and worked well.

DONT RENT FROM HERTZ. The counterman went off on me for 10 minutes because I declined to pay $31.00 for their insurance. Wow. Rude., and I was referred by my car shop, which I just called and let them know the HORRIBLE, GREEDY, RUDE, CUSTOMER SERVICE. #Hertz Guess he gets $ for scamming and harassing people.

I booked a rental at this Hertz location via Priceline and got a great rate on a car for a week. The desk guy was very friendly and helpful, drop-off was a breeze. No hidden charges or surprise fees. Very smooth, would go back again.

Ridiculous - Hertz error and inconvenience cost me money! I had documented reservation in Bellingham, Washington at pick up location that is not at airport. When arrived at the designated RESERVED pick up location I was told I would have to go to airport to get a car because they made an error in not having the car at the reserved pick up location. I had friends drive me 10 miles to airport. Only 1 agent was out washing cars. I found the agent, and 45 minutes later had a car. I was charged $18 more in taxes because the pick up was at the airport!!! They refused to give me the car unless I agreed to the increase fee. I got ignored on line by contacting hertz. They declined to help me by phone. When I went to drop off the car in Seattle at the RESERVED and documented drop off location, it was closed (of course). I called and was told I would have to bring it to another location. I refused. This location was within walking distance to my hotel. The sign said I would be charged an extra day if I left it at a closed location. Overall, I got charged $45 dollars more to get horrible service and inconvenienced. All customer support contacts have been ignored. I disputed the charge on my credit card and they can contact me to apologize if they want money.
