Make sure to document everything that is said. We were charged a full day on sunday because we picked up the car when the train arrived at 9:00pm even though we were told it was not an issue and key would be waiting for us in a lock box. We dropped the car off on Sunday at 4:00 am and was charged for all day Sunday as well. The Customer service was of no help at the Corporate level. Take my advice and go to a different rental agency. Avis & Budget are on our avoid list moving forward.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth pickup and drop off outside of normal business hours. 10/10

Keep copies and/or take pictures of everything in case you need to dispute charges. Service: Excellent and Poor. We called the office multiple times during our trip for various reasons and the woman we spoke to was always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after our trip we were charged almost three times the correct amount and did not receive an invoice or receipt. Budget reduced the charge to twice as much on their own but it took multiple phone calls (many of which went unanswered) to fix the problem. Vehicle: Good. The car we rented was in good condition and met our needs. Price: Good. The rental rates were comparable to other agencies. Just be careful what you are agreeing to in the contract.
