We went with Expedia "manager's choice" and got Nissan Rouge for the price of the middle-class vehicle! During our rent we asked to add additional driver (my wife) and they've added her without additional charge! Great service and very responsive team! I would always recommend this Hertz shop to all people who need good value for money!

Terrible customer service. I requested a mid size vehicle and was given a compact yet they still charged me for the mid size. The rep told me it was all they had. I've rented from Hertz before and usually they would upgrade the car if they didn't have the one you requested. The car needed brakes, had a chipped windshield, and had rust stains on the apolstered ceiling (it was a 2017). I used the vehicle and returned it on time. When I returned the vehicle I noticed two mid size vehicles in the Hertz lot, so they lied about having the mid size. I called the day after the return an was kept on hold for 42 minutes. During the time I was on hold I called the Corporate office who assisted me. Worst Hertz location ever!

I rented a 18 Chevy Malibu. The car was overdue on an oil change, wipers were horrible, and tires were also bald. The car was not safe at all for the road conditions as the car was hydroplaning on wet surfaces and minimal visibility due to wipers. The car was dirty upon arrival with all the windows had dirty hand prints all over them. When I returned the car I stated all these problems and I forgot one of my personal belongings in the car, not even an hr of me returning and stating that I forgot something the representative automatically gave me attitude and stated it’s not their fault and that they threw away my belongings. I would never refer this location to anyone seeing how the car was poorly maintained and the attitude I received when I returned.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Apparently I dealt with the manager there who was too busy on his phone watching a game to attend to me. He first lied to me and told me they did not have any midsize cars available and said I had the choice of a pickup truck or nothing.....two completely different type of cars. Since I had no choice but to go with the pickup (or so I thought) he told me it was better to purchase their fuel option and not have to fill the car up before returning, since pickup trucks are gas guzzlers compared to midsize cars. Of course, again I had no option because I did not want to pay $60 to fill up the tank. I ended up paying $53 for this instead of the promised $40. I also confirmed with him that since I had no choice but the pickup, my original rental price fee would be honored. He said yes and it MOST DEFINITELY was NOT. I was charged $100+ more than I was supposed. He had me sign the screen without showing me any documentation or pricing. Then he proceeded to watch his game before taking me to the car. Once there, handed me the receipt and as he was walking away, stated he DID INDEED have midsize cars but the location had so many pickup trucks they needed to get rid of so he essentially LIED to me. It took me days to settle the incorrect charges with Hertz customer service and in the end still paid $50ish more than I was originally supposed to because the worker/manager was incompetent and lazy. If he wasn't so focused on watching a damn game, maybe he would have realized all of the mistake he was making and how much time and money I lost because of him. I would NOT RECOMMEND this location whatsoever. Such poor customer service.
