I spoke with Charles regarding fleet trucks and was simply amazed by his refreshing courtesy. Definitely not your typical car "sales guy".

I have had a good experience shopping for used fleet vehicles - the sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable finding a vehicle that fit our requirements. I would recommend this office for sales or rental needs.

Charles was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for without difficulty. Charles did this in a timely manner and listened to all my needs! Would recommend seeing Charles!

I've dealt with a lot of car salesmen over the years, 99% of them I can not stand. Most of them are looking out for their next paycheque. This is not the case with Charles. He is very knowledgable and helpful in finding you the right vehicle for your needs. If you are looking for a new vehicle, your next call should be to Charles.

Rented a car for 2 days in Kelowna. Everything went really well and the car we had was great! When we returned the car we were going to the airport and they called a taxi for us however the taxi was taking a while and we were going to miss our flight so the manager / owner offered to drive us himself which was amazing service and so nice of him! When we we’re about to leave the taxi turned up so we took the taxi and made it in time but we were just so impressed with the amazing service we had received!! It’s not something you get at the big chain car rental places so would definitely recommend this place!
