Upon arrival (a busy time) I was sad to realize the vehicle I booked wasnâ€™t available. I was offered various other vehicles, as the gentleman helping me, tried to find a suitable replacement that worked best for me. He then had it brought right up to the door for me. I was completely impressed how these 3 guys handled the line ups with ease, while maintaining a very high level of customer satisfaction. And it turns out I love driving the replacement!!

The gentleman at the desk went out of their way to help us, we were asked to leave our flight as i was ill. No help from airport staff however the men at Enterprise stepped up helped me and my family and offered us a discount. I will definitely use Enterprise again and recommend to all family and friends

Rented a car from here over the New Years and had a great experience the staff were very friendly and accommodating I even got upgraded to a sweet SUV. Iâ€™m always skeptical with using rental companies and being overcharged but everything was perfect. My only complaint would be that they donâ€™t do an inspection of the vehicle straight away when returned, not sure maybe all companies are like this but when you wonâ€™t be back anytime soon itâ€™s a little nerve racking to say the least.

I have rented few times from Abbostford Airport and always go with Enterprise and have received nothing but great service. I was even given once a nice Mustang for free upgrade. Great service and quickly processed. Updated review. Just rented again from Abby and i was again extremely please by the quick service. Must be my luck, but i got another sweet free upgrade. I rent and travel all over North America and cannot understand the negative reviews. It had definitely not been my experience. I will absolutely continue to rent from them.
