Drove an hr out of my way to pay remaining bill. Girl left work early and was mad that she had to come back to take my payment. Once she was there she said she had no way to take my $. (1 day left before I received a $30 late charge) and that I had to pay with a credit card over the phone.... I had no credit card. Called in the 1800 # and they said she should have taken my money that it was her not wanting to. Do her job properly and probably didn't want to turn her computer on. I ended up driving to salmo location to pay remainng balance. Time to get a new front desk lady or train her properly without attitude. Steps to take payment that she couldn't do: My web - other - promisary note and payments - my contract # - then my info-the amount of $$ received. Then click send and it was paid! Super easy steps but to lazy or rude to take them. Next time I'll show you how to do your job.

The girl who works the front desk has extremely poor customer service skills. She speaks with an extremely rude tone, even if asking legitimate booking questions.

We had a last minute change to the size of a truck early on a weekend day. Even though we hadn't reserved a larger one they had one on site. It wasn't clean or ready to be sent out but there was one on the lot. They jumped to it cleaned and readied the truck in less than 20 minutes. They deserve props for their effort and quick service. Thank you.

Great staff, but you do have to drive over to the lot and hook up the trailer by yourself.
