Hertz was great. I received a great deal on a car that well beat all other companies. When I got my trip underway the service light came on. I took it to hertz out of town and left with all fluids checked a oil change and new tires. Great service all the way around.

WORST PLACE EVER! I made a reservation 5 days prior to pick up a vehicle, the morning of my pick up I arrive 30 minutes early only to be told I will be placed on a “wait list” because there was no vehicle available for me to pick up and the manager had no idea what time a vehicle would be available for me. Darius Tyler not only had a bad nonchalant attitude but he was not helpful in any way with getting this issue resolved. I had to reach out to another location to get my issue resolved. Please rent elsewhere or follow up your reservation with a couple phone calls to ensure you will have a vehicle available at the time of your reservation. I really wish I could give this place negative 5 stars👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Only 1 person working, which means he is the only one helping with reservations, cleaning the cars (pressure washer isn't working) and taking phone calls. The managers are just talking amongst themselves in the back room. Horrible.

One star well deserved. Adriana was NOT customer service friendly and I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Placed on hold multiple times without warning. I was told to call ahead so I called nearly a week in advance. I was told the only service available was same day. It was clear that the agent was distracted by the constant Facebook notifications going off in the background buy her phone. Initially I was hung up on. This location told me I was out of there service area. I called other Hertz in the area and was informed that this was my primary location and the only one who was able to pick me up as I was within 30 miles for renting a car. Too many people are unemployed nowadays to have a ungrateful attitude like this cashier / saleswoman who does not value customer service responsibilities in the community assuring that their job is done according to policy and procedure. I would have called corporate but I have more productive things to do with my day and we don't need another unemployed person.
