Super friendly + gave free lift to ferry after returning car!

The car was ok. The staff member I had to deal with in person was one of the worst and unprofessional individuals I have had the misfortune of dealing with. There was a miscommunication between myself and his manager and enterprise as I've now learned calling the company is not the same as the specific location- also a major flaw. But this person at the Port Angeles location was so rude and unhelpful I will not only never return to that place I will also never rent from enterprise again. I will also do my best to make sure friends and family don't rent from there. Enterprise, they picked me up and they DEFINITELY dropped me off :(((((

Had a smooth, positive experience with Enterprise at Port Angeles. I arrived in town on a ferry shortly before office's close time, but the friendly staff handled everything without a hitch and were waiting to pick me up at the ferry terminal. I also received a call before the rental date to inform me of the best pickup spot and confirm the logistics. Their location is also very convenient if you're continuing on to the Olympic Park Visitor Center or Hurricane Ridge. In short, everything went just as you'd hope. I was out of the office in only a few minutes and on the road. Bonus tip: If you're traveling on the Coho ferry into Port Angeles, I recommend calling the office before your arrival. The pickup location at the terminal is easy to find as long as you know what you're looking for.
