I have almost exclusively dealt with Travis at this location. This is not to say the other employees are anything but courteous and helpful. In a time when customer service seems to be non existent at most places this establishment breaks the mold. It’s sad more places don’t take their lead from people like Travis and the way business is handled at this location. I have rented several times for various road trips from this location. Every time it’s a smooth, simple and courteous experience. I would add this as well. If you want to talk to someone as I refer to as a normal human being and be talked to the same, this is the place. When I rent my car(s) Travis and I have a “normal” conversation, not this hello sir, I am Travis let me talk to you like a robot. Now maybe you feel entitled or you want someone to treat you like you’re above them. Well if you’re an average normal guy like I figure I am then this is the place for you. I tell Travis, my name is Tom. Call me that. Then we talk business, sports, the weather, life in general as we do business. Two guys, one providing a customer driven experience and the other a customer who is there to receive a product/service. Bottom line I realize this is a long review and it’s about a car rental facility. If you read all this well then you should realize I obviously think highly of the place and the customer service I receive. Especially in a world filled with companies who care less for their employees and it reflects in how they do their job. Well it’s not the case here. Thanks again Travis, and the team at Enterprise.
