Recently we had a problem develope that caused us to need a car rental. We called enterprise and given the Marshall branch. We also didn't have a car to get to the location. No problem they said would be 15-20 mins. 10 minutes later they arrived. The only down side to the car was it was dirty inside. Now with that being said we do live in Michigan. So it was typical that is was far from clean. We had it almost 25 days and they called to see how it was going. And did we need anything. We called them 3 days after we dropped it off. Checking to make sure everything was o.k. Since no one was there when we dropped it off. I would recommend this area if the need arises.

Reserved a full sized car a month ago for a full week rental to pick up today. Called yesterday for “we’ll pick you up” service but no one answered and I listened to hold music for 20 minutes. My reservation was for 9am, so I got dropped off. They said, “was that your ride driving away? You might want to call them, I don’t have any cars for you.” Really? If my reservation has been in the system for a month, wouldn’t you think to arrange to have a car? There’s a mini can out front so I asked if I can take that... “no, that was already accounted for.” Wow... last time I use Enterprise in Marshall!!!
