Great service. I accidentally overfilled the gas tank prior to returning (i.e., I only needed to return it 1/2 filled, but filled it up completely) and there were no questions asked when I inquired about a refund. They gave me a $25 credit to cover the overage in gas. Busy in the mornings, but otherwise have had great service all around.

Absolutely loved this place! The customer service is awesome and they treated us like one of their own. Our car broke down few weeks before when we needed to go on a road trip and they were there to help us with getting our rental. The cars are really clean and new. We got a free upgrade which was super sweet. Thanks Enterprise for great customer service! We will definitely be back!

Customer Service is Awful. They never have many cars available or they give your vehicle away to another customer. The customer service team likes to argue with the customer and it's just not one customer rep it's multiple customer reps. When you ask to speak to a manager it's a like a bad Omen and the customer rep starts getting even more mad because you ask for manager. Then you have to watch out for your insurance if sometimes they will tag insurance cost on the car rental when you already have insurance which cost me over $2,000 why would anybody want to pay car insurance if you have car insurance yourself but they chalk it up as oh well. Enterprise here has been a unpleasant experience. I have rented from Enterprises for 40 something year in several states. This is the worse for a college town there should be cars ready to go and no dissatisfied customers and no arguments from your customer Representatives. Oh I see there suppose to be military discount well holy moly that never happened either

I requested a full size car and received a very small suv. Uncomfortable and gas mileage was not as good as a car. Not worth the price by any stretch.

I have rented cars from Enterprise twice, the first time an F150 and the second a Chevy Cruz. Both times were quite pleasant, the first rental we had a particularly helpful sales assistant who informed me of the Penn State discount without prompting and helped us despite us not having booked a car. The 4 star is only because when we rented the Chevy Cruz the replace oil light went on immediately when we started driving the car.
