This was the most horrible car renting experience I have ever had. I made online reservations to get this car, I had the confirmation email, I went in to get the car, the woman was not professional and she tells me she does not have a car for me but if I want to wait to see if someone brings one back. She didn't even care that I had the online confirmation. No, I do not want to wait, that's why I made the reservation so I could pick the car up at the time I needed it. I will not use this location again and no I will not recommend them to anyone. I only gave one star because that's the lowest choice, I would give zero stars if that option was there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

The owner knows her business top to bottom. She's very professional and not about the bs. I'd rent from her any day. Her cars were clean and her service was speedy.

Owner Susan is rude and not helpful. I went in to pick up my rental car and there were no cars available. I asked her when she expected to get more cars in and she did not know. I asked her if she could follow-up so I knew when I could leave town for a business trip and she told me that Avis was bringing her more cars today and that they would call her later with a status update. I had to drive to this location in Greenwood, IN and I asked Susan why she did not call me prior to notify me of this issue, her response: "would you like to call my customers and ask them why they have not returned their cars on time", thus I immediately knew I would never do business with this Avis location again until new owners are in place. Use Hertz in Greenwood until Susan is no longer the branch owner and significant improvements are made at this location. I have had an issue each time, in fact, Susan offered me free rentals for previous issues, and I will not even use this location for a free rental!!!!

We were here before 6 to drop off a vehicle and needed to talk to an employee and the door was already locked.

Susan the manager was great!! Helped me over 3 month period to select the right car for my needs. Friendly, helpful and outstanding customer service. Only negative was that the vehicle hadn't been detailed when I picked it up, thus there was trash, sand, and various other oddities still in the vehicle.
