This gets 5 stars for sure. Dale is one of the best rental care employees I have ever met. Safe driver and super easy to talk to. He made our experience one of the best, even though he is a Penguins fan. I will definitely use this location every time for sure. Thank you.

The staff is so very helpful and informative. There isn't too many types of cars to rent, though unless you give them plenty of time to find it at another shop.

Had a family emergency. Secured a Toyota Camry through the national call center. Was quoted unlimited mileage, a fair price AND A CONFIRMATION number. When my wife went to pick up the car she was told that the car in question (clearly sitting in the parking lot) was not available because one of the employees was using it (a fleet car) for their personal use.(?) They served no apologies and smugly sent her packing. This set her back several precious hours. VERY unprofessional. Call center "escalation" managers promised a call back when a complaint was aired...no call back. No resolve. Shame on Enterprise. HERTZ however bent over backwards to get her in a car at a moments notice.

If I could give this branch zero stars, I would! I rented twice from this branch and it was horrible both times! I will go over my lease miles and pay the fees if it means never renting from this terrible place again. Twice, the car left me stranded, I missed a job interview due to one of the break downs. I have called 5 times to express disappointment, my calls have never been returned from the “regional manager”. Please save your time and money and rent from a different company!
