Personnel were friendly and helpful. The automobile I rented was new and comfortable. I would have give a 5 star rating but the car was dirty, in and out, including the inside windshield which was filmy. Otherwise, I would rent from them again.

Super friendly staff! The day I came to pick up my vehicle they had a pizza party, and offered me a slice! Second time using u-drive on regent. Always happy with the service! Kevin is super kind and accommodating. Thanks again U-drive!

My first time renting a vehicle. Very courteous and helpful staff. Needed a rental in a pinch, had to opt for a jeep wrangler because there were no economy class cars available. Understandable being that it was a busy monday and I didn't book ahead. I would use Winnipeg U drive again. Overall good experience.

Kevin is awesome. I had just returned from Europe, (many of the car rentals and hotel deposits had not yet been refunded to my credit card), so I was worried when I went to pay for the rental after a week. Kevin was kind enough to let me pay the rental with multiple credit cards. Also, other staff member (aaaarrrggghhhh, help me out, I think it's Margaret or Maureen? ) .was very cheerful and helpful. Cheers! Bret
