Excellent experience with Cihat and Nawaz at the McPhillips location. I had to get a rental (paid for by Crown Honda), and they got me into a nice Ford Flex. However, on the second day that I had it, the car developed a flat tire issue. I was able to bring it back and swap it for a Mitsubishi RVR. Overall a pretty painless experience. Thanks fellas!

They billed me out for something they said I asked for (extended coverage). I never called to request for extended coverage. It was the first time ever i had a situation with them. I rented from them for two years no problems until now.

Very helpful. I screwed up the dates of my reservation and they worked things out without extra charges.
