Horrible! Beware gas tank not full when I received the car. Booked a car 3 weeks in advance was to receive compact car similar to Ford Focus. What i received was a huge beast of a Jeep. Injured my back trying to get into the vehicle. On 3 occasion called to see if they had something smaller. To no avail. Why could they not have a car like they said I would receive? Never again enterprise just down the road is far superior. If I could give a 0 star I would.

I was involved in an accident and needed a vehicle while I was sorting things out with MPI. I didn't have an appointment for a car and called just before closing time. I was worried that I wouldn't make down before 6 but the man on the phone said that he would wait so I could get a car.I arrived late and sure enough the staff were still there and had a car waiting by the door. I was very impressed with the service and will not hesitate to use this rental agency again if I even need to rent a car in the future.

After receiving a confirmation email that a minivan was reserved, I drove half an hour to this location only to have them casually say "Oh we were unable to secure a minivan for you" There were three male employees that sat at the desk and not one of them offered an apology, another vehicle nor solution. They said they tried to call but the number on file was the wrong number yet they did not try to email me. I handle a lot of major contracts and I will never book this place again or recommend it to any of my contracts. Totally unimpressed and left scrambling at the last minute.
