Awesome experience. Just traded in truck for a economical car.Miss owning a truck. Was nice to rent a truck at an unbelievable price on weekend to get renos and landscaping delivered to my home. Will be using this automotive rental again. I highly recommend this company.

Customer service was fast and friendly. I definitely will go back. I was disappointed that after I called to reserve a vehicle when I went in to pick it up the price was nearly $20 more than the "final including taxes" price I was quoted on the phone. Still cheaper than the other places I called

I recently rented a car while mine was in for repair. The staff were pleasant, obliging and took care of me quickly. My repairs were completed much sooner than expected and there was no problem with returning the car early.

All is good but just learned that we had to return vehicle or be charged $600 instead of being able to return it at a U -drive at destination. We wonder if this is true with all car rental venues.

Cari (Hope I remembered her name right) was so friendly and helpful. She was especially patient when my card declined. I used to be a Enterprise customer, but after today U-Drive will be the only place I go to for a car rental
