Very helpful and knowledgeable staff!! In fact we were blown away by how much the salesman knew about the details of the current Volkswagen’s and his knowledge of vintage Volkswagen. This is a terrific dealership and I highly suggest that you consider them for your next vehicle purchase. Thank you!

very disappointed today made appointment to have oil change done at 11.30 got there sat in waiting room for 15 minutes (not a big deal except there was nobody else there and no customers at service desks) when finally sat at service desk i asked him how long for the oil change to be done Monte said 2 hours once the vehicle goes in the shop. i have changed oil many times myself it doesn't take 2 hours tops 1/2 hour i proceeded to walk out.

Ms. Mary Rose Miranda, the salesperson at St. James Volkswagen, should receive a reward for her excellent customer service. She treated us professionally and at the same time as friends. She went out of her way to even address and resolve the omissions of other staff in order to secure the sale of the 2015 Mini Cooper. She certainly made the difference. Charles & Kathy Hatzipanayis

Hi Guys. I had a great experience at St. James Volkswagen. Jordan was very informative and attentive. I got a good price for my trade in and the car I purchased is a great vehicle with a nice arrangement of electronic toys and enough basics for me to enjoy the experience of driving it. Jordan was also very patient with my many questions which I appreciated. I also got to meet the best looking financial officer in Winnipeg, Jasmine. Quite a treat. Now for the boss, quite a hardass :) , he wouldn't spring for a block heater. Well I guess someone has to draw the line. Anyway I enjoyed myself guys. keep it up. Korey

Mary was awesome! She was very helpful and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend visiting her if you are in the market for a new car! That being said, we were quite disappointed with how they dealt with our flat tire no more then a week after our purchase. They repaired the flat with a patch and charged 75$ for that and then informed us that our warranty didn’t cover tires. At no point during our purchasing processes did the mention that tires would not be covered and we would have to purchase additional coverage for 600$. If we would have known this before we would have not only purchased the tire warranty but would have patched the tire ourselves for a fraction of the price. Again we love our new vehicle and Mary was awesome but things could have been dealt with better in the customer service end with us being first time VW buyers.
