Difficult to find within the hotel. Employees were nice but asked as they handed over the key to not carry pets in the car because they don't have the tools to properly clean the vehicles (this has never been an issue from other Enterprise locations). We discussed the measures we take to prevent pet hair, or other, impacts from traveling with the dog and he okayed. I'm not sure if it was due to this location, but the vehicle was not very clean inside, in need of vacuuming and upholstery cleaning. Has limited hours (especially on weekends), but convenient after-hours drop.

I rent vehicles from Enterprise for work assignments on a regular basis, and one big reason I tend to stick with them as a vendor is not their prices, or their locations, or their vehicle selection - they are equal to the 'other big players' in those fields. It's their people - friendly, courteous, hard working and despite being swamped on a Sat AM (in this instance) ALWAYS cheerful and doing their utmost to help their customers. The staff at this location are great, and it's easy to pick-up and return vehicles. Highly recommended.

Honestly the WORST experience ever!!! If you are an international traveler like me, DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE, THIS IS A WARNING AND AN ADVICE!!! I have been to Hong Kong, Dubai, Japan, Kuwait and other places, and I have never confronted problems in these places when I wanted to rent a car. The only place that gave me a hard time was enterprise rent a car. I called enterprise on Friday to rent a car from Sunday to Tuesday. I was supposed to drive to a very important meeting that was critical to my work and job. In the beginning, everything went well through the phone. The operator told me that I could go and receive the car on Sunday morning 9 am. They also sent me a confirmation number and the address of pick up. On Sunday morning, I go to the pick up location to pick up the car, and the guy at the front desk says I cannot rent you the car. I said "why? I have the confirmation number and you have all of my information and address." They said it is because we cannot confirm your address. I told him why then you send me a confirmation number and confirm my order if you cannot verify my information? Then the guy said you can bring papers to verify your address. So I walk all the way back home to bring my papers and then the guy calls me saying that even if you bring the papers we cannot rent you car. I was not able to rent the car, I missed my meeting that I was supposed to drive to, and I had a bad bad experience with this car rental BS. So the next time you reserve a car with them, nothing will guarantee that they will give you the car on the day of pick up.

I rent from this location about twice a month and have had consistently great service. While they don't offer pickup/drop-off rides, the staff is friendly and efficient. After-hour drop-off is also very simple. Amanda and her staff are doing a great job.

Dissapointing customer service and policies. I rented a car on the web, filled out my details including visa debit card details and my European car license number. It was app accepted. Next I went to this office to pick up the car. After letting me wait 30 minutes a guy helped me out. But first he had a phone call, taking another 5 -10 minutes. Next he told me I could not rent the car because a debit card with a foreign lisense was against there risk management policies. So I was not allowed to get a car. As I filled out all the details on the web I don t understand why this issue (which was no issue before) only now showed up...
