I've rented from these guys a few times. If I'm lucky enough to get Mike, things go smoothly and the service is great. If I get to deal with Bianca, the service is ....well inexistent. Whenever you deal with her, she has a talent for making you feel as though you are bothering her and will try to avoid answering your questions or help you in any way if it takes any more effort than a "yes" or "no". I was attempting to rent a car on the weekend. She simply said "you can't". After a bit of prying, she finally agreed that I could rent it on a Friday and drop it off over the weekend (even if they are closed). I didn't end up renting because she quoted me almost 400$ but I find it too bad that such a reputable business would hire people who don't value their employment enough to want to represent it in a positive way.

These guys were fabulous. They got me a car on a day they were closed for business. I was flying in to Bathurst from across the country to go see my father who is ill and could not change my dates. I will always do business with them from now on. Great business.

Excellent service but place is little dirty and run down.Nothing a bit of renovations wont fix.

Rented a 12 foot cargo van for a move to a 2 bedroom apartment. Initial rental reeked of a farm, but the agent we rented from offered to come in after hours to give us another truck as well as a gas card to fill up. Bad first impression, but made up in full with great customer service.
