This was my friends and I's experience with Enterprise a few months ago (she was handling all the booking and pickup of the rental and I was helping with this trip for 9 youth). "I was planning a trip and needed a van for Saturday. But then I thought it would be better to get it the night before so I had more time to pack and could leave earlier the next day on my trip. So I called to change the booking and the agent on the phone said it was all done and I could pick the car up at 6:30 on Friday (the day before my trip). So I went there at 6:30 on Friday to get the van only to find out that there are not open at 6:30 on Fridays. So that sucked, I called them back and the agent said he would change it back to pickup at 10 am on Saturday, so we changed it back to the original plan. So I drove back the next day (Saturday) to pick the van up, and they said that the booking was not changed back to Saturday and that I had lost my booking because I miss my pickup on Friday. They could not get me another van (even though there was on sitting in the parking lot) they said there would see if something opened up, so I waited an hour only for nothing to happen. After all this frustration of them messing up and losing my booking I got them to call a competitor, and the competitor had got me a van within minutes. note: I had probably spent 2 to 3 hours on the phone with enterprise and it was an hour drive from where I was working and needed the van for. So I spent 2 hours driving there and back to find out they were closed. an then another hour to drive back the next day for them to have lost my booking. TL;DR: they changed my booking to when they were closed and lost it, then couldn't help me, so I went elsewhere and got a rental in minutes

Really disappointed with their service. They didn't sign on the registration for the car, which is illegal in Canada. If you got caught by the police then you will get a ticket which will charge $175. But they tried to convince me that the cop never do that in Fredericton. We were planing to take road test by using their car. Because of the registration paper, we are refused by the road test. We asked them extended one extra day for free. A young man there said okay and he can only extend one day for free. But when we went back to return the car, they charged us the extra day and said they didn't allow we take road test by using their car. They didn't ask us what's the purpose of renting a car when we were going there on the first day. They just said they didn't allow us to use their car for road test when we returned the car which not even show on the rental agreement. Moreover, the rate of the extra day is even higher than the rate of previous day. If someone is going to rent their car, please bring something to record every sentence they said. Because they are such liars. Besides, the car's brake has some problems as well but not really a big deal. The service is worse.

Quick drop-off and they even offered to drive me home so I didn't need to call a taxi. Very friendly and helpful staff!
