"THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS" WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AN EXTRA $350.00 AS A "PRE-AUTH", BUT AFTER YOU'VE RETURNED YOUR RENTAL & HAVE SIGHNED OFF, (the same day)THE $350.00 WILL REMAIN ON YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR WELL, GOING ON 6 BUSINESS DAYS NOW FOR ME , PERSONALLY. I'VE REACHED OUT TO DISTRACT MANAGERS WHO ARE ALSO PUZZLED AS TO WHY THERE'S A $350.00 CHARGE MANY DAYS AFTER IVE SIGNED OFF ON THE RENTAL. THIS IS A BLAINTAN DISREGARD TO YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT, BECAUSE NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT THIS CHARGE WILL BE EVEN CHARGED & REMAIN DAYS AFTER YOU'VE RETURNED IT IN PERSON, & AFTER YOU'VE BEEN CHECKED OUT & PAID FOR YOUR RENTAL THAT SAME DAY. SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, & RENT A VEHICLE OTHER THAN AT THIS" SO CALLED BUSINESS"....

This location is totally unprofessional! I was charged almost double of what I should be charged 6 weeks after my rental was returned. I called this location numerous of times - they always promised to call me back - never happen. I wasn't provided with any bill or invoice. It will be escalated and fraud will be reported. Word of wisdom - pay few extra $$$ and go with Enterprise or Hertz - they are more customer oriented and at least know how to handle their stuff.

Pathetic service from Discount, booked a cargo van 5 days before and received an email confirmation. Arrived to pick it up and they didn't have the cargo van or any alternative available. Significantly complicated moving plans. Unacceptable service.
