I rented cars multiple times March/April 2018 Wonderful experience. I had a really nice car to drive, clean, great tires which helped a lot as I drove through stormy weather. The customer service was friendly and easy to rebook when I needed to. I would highly recommend Avis, downtown Saint John.NB

excellent and friendly service.Rented multiple times now and I can only say that it is the best place to rent a car.Excellent service all the way around. There is a very good choice of vehicles to choose from and all of them very comfortable. The staff wonderful to deal with.

Decent prices and great location. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired but the cars they rent are always cleaned and in good repair. Wish they had a larger selection but there's only so much space

I'm using their services for almost two years. Everything is good. They are very kind and flexible with situations. I like the girl at the counter, always has this big smile on her face. Update: It has been almost three years that I'm renting cars from Avis, a few times a week and as a Google local guide contributor, I can not be more satisfied with everything in this place. The staff and especially the lady at the counter are accommodating and kind. The cars are always very clean and don't have any issue, unlike the other rental agencies. Due to the cruise ships passengers and the tourists, this place can be busy in August, October, and early November but even in that period, staff act professional, friendly and very quick. Highly recommended. Keep calm and rent a car.😂😀😀
