Debrah was awesome! Very helpful! The staff got us the vehicle we needed for our trip. Got a free ride back up to the airport also. Very friendly and helpful staff!

HORRIBLE experience!! Stick with enterprise! If I could give it no stars I would. Long story short, we were only supposed to pay about $70 with taxes and fees. It ended up being about $140. When I called and complained they said I signed something that accepted the damage waiver. I stated I wanted NO extra bells and whistles I had insurance etc. Also, they charged me for a 2nd driver when I was very clear my husband would be the only driver. When I called and wrote emails they just responded with “you signed it, sorry.” From start to finish the customer service was awful. They will lie to you and charge you more than you agreed to. They are scam artists. I’ve spoke to so many people that have had issues. Enterprise is the place to go!!

Watch of for these guys, they are crooks. I was fraudulently charged for "optional" services which I was never given the chance to opt out of. When I tried to discuss with management this location I was never called back. When I discussed the issue with corporate I was essentially told "Gotcha!" Take your business elsewhere!

The woman when i went to get the car..just left us standing at the desk. W out any explanation of where she was going i stood there about 10-20 mins..until my husband went to go see what was going on..found her .and he called her a costumers service personal.she snapped at him saying she was a manager..that if u want the car u want i have to find one..all she had to do was say something before she walked away for that time..explain what she was doing..leaving customers w out ANY explanation..is un professional...she was very rude to my husband!!

Very disappointed in customer service at this location and 800 #. Car was great. My cell phone was forgotten on dashboard at car return and I immediately called company to get it back. I tracked my lost phone leaving the rental office within an hour of my inquiry to a local apartment. Obviously an employee stole my phone. Police have been notified. No manager ever returned my many messages.
