I made a reservation online with ACE for a week long trip to PEI. When I arrived at the airport, I called the shuttle and was told they would not be able to honour my reservation, there would not be a car available for another week (I'd be gone by that time) and that they could put me on a waiting list but there were about 30 people ahead of me. Talk about throw a wrench into vacation plans! All of the rental car companies were sold out so we were stranded at the airport. Worst experience ever with a rental car company.

Booked a car in advance with Ace, we arrived 2 hours after the scheduled pick up time. Upon arrival, they told us we were late so our car was given to someone else. They had no other vehicles available and told us we could make another reservation and go on a waitlist. What's the point of a reservation if they don't reserve your car?? We will never book with this company again.

Ace does not exist. It's some form of reseller in between them and Discount. Two major issues happened with us. First... ACE at 17 Queen Street PEI does NOT exist. Even though they took our reservation for that location when I called. Second... I had a reservation but no car. Discount told me others get priority over ACE. When I called ACE... they simply put me on hold for 40 min the first time... then disconnected on me the second time. Book with car company directly.

over the phone talked to me like they did't care about what I was asking them and they were overall rude to me!
