Tried to give me a vehicle smaller than the one that was being fixed after being rear ended. I was told by the garage that most will do it and they did. When I complained the manager gave me a lot attitude but in the end felt more with the Insurance than I did which was a plus. Andrew pick me up and took me to the store. Very nice person and was a great businessman.

I made a reservation and car was not there when I showed up at reservation time. Customer service at this location informed me that I could not actually get a car for 3 days. Due to claims etc. They also informed me the reservation team has done this other times as well. Very bad experience.

Nice staff that takes time to help their customers. Seems like the company gets new staff constantly so previous reviews seem irrelevant for their office today.

Great people used both times I needed my car repaired because of deer. They're willing to schedule a pick up time and also once you're done with the car you can leave it at the repair shop and they'll pick it up there for you too. Great service. They also handled all the insurance details I didn't have to really do anything but check out the vehicle and drive away.
