They wasted our entire afternoon by not giving me my trade in value upfront like I asked as soon as I walked though the door. Instead, I was assured by Nick that they are always with blue book range. After multiple hours at the dealership the first trade in value we were given was on target. Then they realized they did not take into account the email coupon I had. Suddenly, and conveniently for them, with the coupon on a new car, my trade in is now worth $3000 less and no longer within the blue book range. Truly, a waste of time and they were defensive when presented with feedback that we could have saved hours if they had just given the trade value upfront. We have purchased multiple vehicles from Charlie’s dealerships before. We won’t be back.

Best place to buy a car or truck in Maine, hands down. The 1st car I got there I travelled from an hour north the 2nd time from an hour south. Well worth the drive, not only in terms of superior inventory but better no hassle pricing and good guys to deal with. Let me take a truck to "summerhaven" a perfect place to test drive. As for service, a few years back I had trouble with an insurance adjuster who was clearly in collusion with a body shop and Charlie's collision center helped me repair my RX7 Turbo at little profit to themselves. Something I'll never forget.
