I was recently a customer at Avis in Holland MI. The car I reserved was clean and ready to go. It was nice having a reliable vehicle as opposed to my own which I don't trust to take me too far. The lobby was clean and the girl who helped me was extremely sweet and personable. Her name was Mary and she was very helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

Friendly and helpful staff. Car was ready to go when I got there! I will be using them again for sure!

Rented car 2 months in advance. Said it would be available. We came to the place and the person said that "there are no cars available" even though we rented a car and it said it would be here. We were told to go 1 hour away to check if another Avis rental had a car. Never renting from here again.

Horrible experience renting from this facility from pick up to drop off. After complaints to the company their Territory Performance Manager, Nathan, contacted me stating that due to the issues I experienced such as the car breaking down, it taking almost an hour to get their emergency road side service to answer my call, having to wait in 100 degree temperatures for the tow truck to pick the vehicle up and transport me to the nearest airport for a replacement, the replacement car having issues, and the staff being rude, that Avis was going to issue me a refund. He stated it would take 5 to 7 business days. I told him thank you it was appreciated. However, after 15 days no refund was issued and I left the Territory Manger messages and sent emails that were never returned. I finally contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I would walk before ever renting from Avis again!!!
