One of our best vehicle rentals ever. Our family was joining us so we booked a mini van with 2 child car seats. They do not guarantee the child care seats, however, we arrived to find ourselves picking up a brand new mini van (39 Kms on it) with 2 new child car seats still in the store packaging. Awesome! When the staff person, Serina, saw we had luggage and the car seats to contend with, she kindly had another employer drive us and our belongings up to the vehicle. Another staff person met us there and offered to install the child car seats. Terrific service. Also, due to changing plans we landed up calling to change both our pick-up and drop-off times, no problem and no extra charge. First rate experience all around.

Kind, responsive service. No lines when I was there (mid-Sept). Access at the baggage claim for all rental car desks. Good car

It's not at all beneficial, renting from National. My experience with them has not been good, rented a car 2 times with them and it was all fine. But when I went again they were not even able to accommodate me. Even after having cars. I would recommend renting from enterprise location on kentmount Rd. Near Avalon mall. They give the best rates in town and are far better than them. Not only that but they will also drop you of to the airport. The only additional cost will be the taxi fare to go to that location. But even after that you will be paying less. Just forgot to mention I am also a member of the Emerald club for National, but they don't even value their own member.

Had to call 5 times to get them to even look for a lost item. Then I was told I could pick it up from office during business hours. When I arrived to pick up I was told that I had said I was coming the following day and no one had any idea where my item was, and clearly no one cared. Three times my phone number was taken and I was never once called back. Garbage customer service, worst I have ever seen.

Absolutely first class service. Our flight was delayed until nearly 2am and Robert happily stayed until we got there even though the desk was meant to be closed at that time. Very friendly and very happy with the car too. Would definitely rent from here next time I'm in St. Johns. Thank you.
