Absolutely the best place to go in corner brook area!!! awesome customer service . Very polite and extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help their customers !! I would absolutely not recommended enterprise they were very rude and extremely unhelpful.

We had booked a car here to drive to Twillingate but when I arrived Saturday morning to pick up the car there was a note on the door saying that they were closed for the day because of technical difficulties. They made no effort to contact me even though they had a contact email and cell phone number. I called the office phone and the cellphone of the operator given to me by staff at the hotel and left a message but I was never contacted. This is completely disgusting treatment for customers. We had flown all the way from Toronto and had to rent a U-HAUL pickup truck at the last minute for 5 times the price because of this. Do not rent from here!!

The worst experience ever ! My husband and I rented a vehicle for 3 days to visit family on the other side of Newfoundland while we were vacationing on the west coast. When we got the office it was closed with a note on it saying to call some random number if no one was available.. I called the number and when it started to ring I could hear the phone in the office that was empty ringing. About 10 min later some guy who looked no older than 16 showed up in a van and said we don't have any vehicles, I said what do you mean? We booked a vehicle a few days ago and showed him the reference number. He responded with sorry we have no vehicles left and offered us a ride somewhere in town (corner brook) when we were due to be grand falls that afternoon. After about 10 minutes of arguing back and forth we just left, needless to say we will be booking out rental vehicles with another company

The agent was going to pick us up at 8:30. When he did not show up we called to find out the shuttle had break problems and then we're not coming. They did not bother to call and we had to scramble at the last minute to find a way there. NOT IMPRESSED¡!!!!!!!!!
