Very happy with the service at this particular Budget Rental location. Very professional, friendly and willing to communicate, especially when it comes to anything in fine print on any contract. Whenever I have someone coming into Stephenville and the area from away, I always insist on Budget at the Stephenville Airport and my clients are always happy with the service. I give 5 stars.

This place totally RIPPED ME OFF! I do not recommend anyone to use Budget in Stephenville for a car rental - go with Enterprise instead. I flew in for a 3 week business trip and rented a car from them and they ended up charging me $3000 total. They told me over the phone that I COULD drop the car off in Deer Lake at no charge but they ended up charging me a ton extra for it after they verified over the phone it was at no charge. I brought the car back full and they also charged me for fuel. They neglected to mention their "extra charges" that are in the agreement you sign in the very fine print at 05 point font size. I truly and wholeheartedly believe anyone considering using Budget in Stephenville is making a mistake. All my colleagues who fly in for business are not sticking with Enterprise from this terrible experience.
