I have been going to Freshwater Suzuki for almost 20 years now and have owned multiple Suzuki vehicles and the service is top notch. They take care of you no matter what and I will continue to keeping going there. Hopefully they bring Suzuki back to Canada so I can purchase another one and have the staff take care of me like they have always done.

I have gone to Suzuki on kenmount several times to have servicing on my vehicle, And to make several Vehicle related purchases. Staff are extremely lazy, and it seems as though it’s an inconvenience to them to even serve you or talk to you if you’re female. I walked Into the front reception desk one day. I had to get transmission fluid and Coolant. Individual behind the front desk was very busy talking to a man on my side of the desk. So I waited and waited and waited. After their conversation the man that I thought had been served walked behind the desk and asked if he could help me. I would assume that this is the reason that’s Suzuki failed in North America. Due simply too incredibly lazy incompetent Canadian staff. The wait times are excessive, and the parts that should’ve been changed because they were old and worn, I was told by their staff that my break pads and rotors did not need to be replaced. I went to another garage to have them replaced about a month after. I Will never go to these individuals to buy any toys not now not ever
