Shuttle service is very useful. The overall rental experience was great. Good price, good service, simple pick up and drop off. I would recommend without hesitation.

I would have given them zero stars if I could. This is by far the worst rental company I have ever had to deal with. Their staff is horribly trained and they charge you through the roof for every possible thing. I will never EVER be using this company EVER again and I advise you all to do the same.

I've seen plenty of more negative reviews for this company, my own experience with them has been solid. I got myself a Nissan Qashqai for 5 days, the car worked perfectly. The people I talked to aren't very friendly but the service was quick and good.

Rented a Hyundai I20 4dr compact car for a week while on a short trip to Iceland. Car was fine, customer service wasn't the greatest upon our arrival. I was told to go out and inspect the vehicle in the dark ( 4:30 am) for damages before I left the rental office. Having worked in the car rental business before this is about the silliest thing I've heard of given you cannot determine the extend of any damage ( rock chips, dents, chips in windshield, etc) by the light of the moon. When I noted on the inspection form that the underside of the front bumper looked to be scuffed and that it wasn't noted on the form, the attendant got irritated that I was pointing out damage that they hadn't noted. In the end the car was fine and we did not incur any extra charges, however the experience at the time left me feeling uncertain about what type of practice they ran when renting vehicles.

Everything went well smoothly until we had a problem. Then, the worst nightmare. We spent about 5 hours in their office in Reykjavik and lost almost 2 days of our vacation, the other customers we talked to were also very disappointed. There are plenty of firms much cheaper than this one>> Budget, Avis, Europcar, Hertz... Just get another, this one is not worth the extra money.
