There is a reason they have a C from the BBB... They will not honor your reservation and this location doesn't bother updating their online system to properly show which vehicles are actually available. Made another reservation but have no way of knowing if itll hold, as they don't operate legitimately.

Disgusting service from this company. Having made an order and received confirmation by e-mail, coming to get the car in Halifax, I heard that there are no free cars. During the conversation the manager lied 3 times: 1. Allegedly, the representative of the company made a phone call with a notification of the lack of cars. 2. Allegedly, the representative of the company left a message on the answering machine. 3. Allegedly, the company placed my online order on the waiting list. No one from the company called or left any messages and the company's website does not provide any services related to the waiting list. The discount car company, in my opinion, is two different companies - one "works" on the Internet, and the other on the ground, with neither of the two being responsible to the client.

They could not care less about honoring their reservations. Will call and cancel your reservation claiming no vehicles available, meanwhile they are still accepting more reservations for the vehicle and time they just claimed isn't available... So either lying or not bothering to do their job and keep the online system updated.
