Easy peasy. They were super nice. Sorry I can't remember his name that helped me but he was very sweet. Rental for insurance purposes. Took long but only because everything that could come up did it was busy day for them....so just be patient. It all works out.

After I had a car accident my insurance paid for a car through this company had to fight and argue to get a vehicle right away as my daughter needed to go to the hospital for something unrelated to the accident. They finally gave me a truck with the understanding that as soon as they got a car they would be sure to call me and trade as i drove a car preaccident.....they never called. I spent a fortune on fuel all summer I went from $60 for about a week and a half if I just did regular driving and no more to $100 to fill and it might last me 4 days or so before i need gas again. They did however understand my situation when my car had to be sent back to be repaired more as damage was missed and allowed me to keep the truck before they got the ok from my insurance. They also pick you up and drop you off which is really great. Not totally a bad experience i just feel like i was put in undue hardship because my insurance was paying and theyd make more money.

I recently rented from this location and had a wonderful experience with Jon. He was very courteous and helpful, he made the entire process a breeze. I would highly recommend this location, they also offer a great shuttle service.

Good friendly service. Also they were able to pick me up which helped a lot. Would've been 4 stars but the vehicle wasn't ready.
