Very helpful and pleasant staff! You might have trouble getting a car last-minute (as I did after being in an accident), but the staff member helping me gave me a free upgrade to an SUV!

My rental was approved from my insurance company and I received letters from these guys threatening action over an unpaid account. I was never responsible for paying the bill of the rental ( which was in fact covered by my insurance company) I recommend using Discount down the road, for professional, courteous service and accurate record keeping.

Probably worst rental agency i hav ever used. I needed a car suitable for my mother who doesn't have great health. I had booked a SUV which was suppose to be Jeep Grand Cherokee or comparable. I actually called a week prior to pick up and asked about vehicle availability. I called the Sackville location and was told there weren't too many Jeep Grand Cherokees available and I asked what is available that is comparable. He told me Ford Edge. I was ok with this. Once I got there, the initial offer was a Jeep Wrangler... OMG. I am barely 5 feet tall and would need to climb up on my hands and knees to say nothing of my mother. I was told this was comparable to the Grand Cherokee and Edge. Really. Only other option was small SUV..Mitsubishi ( i needed something large enough to hold a walker and luggage for 3 people) and a truck was also offered with small back seat. I then asked if I could pay the difference and upgrade. He told me the only other upgrade was a truck, which was already offered at the same price. I asked if there were any other vehicles from another branch and again told no. Finally they said they have a Rogue coming back and come back in an hour to pick it up. So if you are looking for any choice in vehicles, do not go there. I hear after that they have the worst fleet in the area. I wish I had gotten better information when I called the branch. I would have looked elsewhere and saved myself half of a day of holiday loss. Also they close at 6 so because flight was delayed had to wait until the next day to pick up the car.

Shout out to the guy who just graduated at Acadia University, for going out of his way to help my family and I over the Christmas break!
