Friendly and was very quick to deal with them. Only problem was parking in the wrong spot (The building beside it). An old very crotchety dude came out in full attack mode because I parked in his company's parking space. Even after saying that it was a mistake and I was moving the car now, he remained in attack mode. Apparently a while before he had called the police to have a vehicle towed. So be careful visiting in case you are parked in the wrong place. Other than that the people at Uhaul was awesome to deal with.

Bad company - can't keep a promise and extremely not professional. Big diffrance between their service in US and to what they do in Canada. Highly NOT recommend.

Sadly I was charged for fuel even though I made sure to refuel before I returned the truck. Not sure how that happened, but I was disappointed nonetheless.

I moved from Calgary in November 2016 and returned my trailer here and ended up using a storage locker till we moved into our new place. Greatest experience ever with a Uhaul location. Jennifer and Anne were both a pleasure to deal with. The storage facility was definitely impressive being modern, clean and convenient with around the clock access. Thanks to you both. Brian Pittman
