I will start by stating that I rent 25-30 vehicles a month from an Enterprise location in Mississauga with work, I always have great customer service and no issues. I had a two month rental at this location through insurance while my personal vehicle was being fixed at a shop. A small and unnoticeable pebble chip in the base of the windshield created a crack that started to spread shortly after getting the rental, I called head office and reported the damage and was assured there would be no issue when I returned the vehicle and the lady was very nice and understanding on the phone. When I returned the vehicle the crack had spread all the way up the windshield. The manager instantly became rude and not understanding placing all blame on me and charged $500 to my credit card saying the damage was my fault. I travel a lot with work and barely drove the vehicle during the rental period or I would have returned it and switched it out. They also sold the vehicle WHILE I still had it, calling me everyday to bring it back, meanwhile I live an hour away and am busy working or out of country. I even took pictures of when I noticed the small pebble mark that started the crack and the manager would not listen. She said there was no record of my communication with head office, which is not my problem that is the franchises issue! Her words were "that's business, too bad". She continued to place blame on me and was not friendly at all and very unprofessional. Even her coworker started to jump in and protect her and back her up. Never once going out to look at the vehicle or verify my story. After the weekend from returning the vehicle, I contacted Enterprise Claims department and examined my story. They very quickly refunded me my $500 and apologized for how I was treated. They also thanked me and my work for our business. I am very satisfied with the head office and corporate but this particular Enterprise franchise was the worst rental experience I have ever had. And I rent cars around the world regularly from airports and with work. I would recommend avoiding this Enterprise at all costs.

Thank you so much for a great experience! I had to rent from enterprise due to a car accident, and they gave me a very spacious, clean, and updated new car - 2018 Volkswagen Passat. Although it wasn't a big deal, it did have a small lingering of cigarette smoke in the vehicle, and the gentlemen there immediately offered a free upgrade for next time and apologized. I'm really grateful, it would have still been 5 stars from me regardless of that very small thing. Thank you for being so courteous and understanding, and for driving me back to the autobody shop!

I can honestly say I have never had such a good experience with renting a car. The whole staff was helpful and accommodating. Even after I had brought the car back they called to make sure I was satisfied with the service and asked if they could do any more. I would definitely rent from this location again.
