Worst experience ever. Don't care about customer support. I rented a car with them And left my important folder inside a car. I called them several times. Only response is we will look into it. Call back. Totally irresponsible. And the thing is i contacted them right after dropping of car and several weeks after that. I was so patient during whole time. But now it has reached its limit. If you only care about your business and not customer support then i would never recommend anyone going there.

I generally prefer renting vehicles from Enterprise but my first time renting from this location was an amazing experience. The agent I dealt with has great customer service skills and she's very professional in her demeanour. The little things that clients will always remember such starting and ending the entire transaction with handshakes. I'm a young guy and you can call me old school but when an agent who doesn't have to push a sale, is starting the conversation and ending it with handshakes, that's A+ treatment in my opinion. As for the actual vehicle, I had rented a premium pickup truck and was given the option of the Chevy Silverado or if I really wanted an F-150, she would arrange to have one dropped off quickly. Since I was in a bit of a rush, I took the Silverado and I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and operation of the vehicle. I will certainly rent from this location again as it's my local Enterprise.

Been renting vehicles from this location for awhile now. Customer service is top notch and their cars/trucks/suv's are always new and in excellent condition. Definitely will be renting from them again in the future.

Had a truck for more than a month, but towards the end for few days it gave me severe trouble, won't start up... in the middle of the highway at 120km/hr, the whoel system started rebooting. Scared the hell out of me, luckily the break worked. That being said, when i explained this to the customer service person, he didn't really seemed to be worried or paid much attention but was more keen on collecting the rental money for one more day. Horrible customer service and after you sepnd around $2000 on a rental, something you do not expect.

Booked for a SUV a month ago and told them that I would prefer a wrangler if available, as promised I got a wrangler at the same price of an SUV even though wrangler rates are higher than the SUV. Good customer service and nothing to complain about. Will go to the same place to rent vehicles in the future. First time booked at this location.
