I love you enterprise! I slept in through my reservation and they still held my reservation for the hour I was behind. A gentleman picked me up from my sisters house, in the truck I had reserved, and waited patiently outside while I was getting the sleep out of my eyes. Driver was super nice, kind, and polite. Drive felt safe and comfortable except I started to think maybe this truck was too big for what I intended to do over Christmas. He assured me the office would be able to help meet my needs. Someone held my door when I walked in, and Megan greeted me right away. She had everything ready to put me in the premium truck I had rented. However, I asked her if she could change my vehicle since it was a little larger than the truck I am used to driving through the city. I have to say, I am a picky when it comes to cars. I have owned over a hundred cars picky. But, Megan was able to put me in a vehicle that I have rented before and enjoyed in the past, a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. So in the end, thank you Megan and the staff at this enterprise for helping me start my Christmas vacation with happiness. I think other companies could learn from the staff here about what real customer service is. It makes all the difference. Merry Christmas everyone! John

Enterprise probably deserves a better rating but after a car accident during this week during the extreme cold they had NO cars! We went to the competition Discount Car Rentals and they provided a car right away. Enterprise was trying to bring in cars from others cities, but couldn't promise.

Called this location to ask if they had an sudans available. The person I spoke to said she had 3 returning later and advised me to check back at 5:00pm to make sure the 3 vehicles were available. I called back at 5:00pm and she said that they had a Toyota Corolla, Mazda 3 and Nissan Sentra available. I drove to the location right after and the advisor that helped me said that no one from their location had spoken to me and that it must been another location. Since I had only called 1 location, I showed them the phone number and they confirmed that it was indeed their number. However the advisor just told me to go to the Alpine location because they had sudans available, without checking their availability. I decided to go to the Alpine location since the advisor said that there were sudans available. I get to the Alpine location and the manager informed me that they didn't have any sudans available. Confusing communication between company and customers. I understand that being a car rental company you would run out of vehicles, but I would have appreciated if they let me know up front rather than having me waste my time by going to each location.

They’re sneeeeaky and have no respect or curtisy for their customers. The first time i rented from them they kept $20 dollars from my deposit because the gas tank wasn’t 100% full when i did in fact fill up the prior day. $20 wasn’t justified at all. The last time I rented they held my deposit and told me they could’nt give it back until the insurance company paid them when i was told the orriganlly when i took the car the deposit was to only cover the damages and gas. When i showed up at the King Street location 2 weeks after i returned the car the branch manager told me he could’nt give me any details or status of the payment due to lack of communication on behalf of the insurance company. He also refused to disclose who from my insurance company he was communicating with. Terrible customer service.
