If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I’ve been here 3 times so far and the customer service is mind blowing. I’ve never been anywhere where EVERY single person I dealt with (literally 6 people I spoke to) where the service is incredible. Extremely nice and efficient staff. I also forgot my garage door opener in the car when I was dropped off and Alyssa was kind enough to notice and dropped it back off.

Rented a few cars from this location. Staff is always friendly, cars are always clean. Great prices on weekend rentals as well.

I rented a truck here for our trip in US. I was supposed to pick it up at 10AM but need to pick it up earlier. They accommodate me and asked me to choose what truck do I want. I chose Nissan Titan, in my surprise, it is available. Today, I returned the truck but I was late for two hours as promised, but they said that its ok. I’m really happy with their service. If time comes that I need to rent again, there’s no doubt that I’ll go to this place again.

I dealt with Chris to rent a car while mine was being serviced. He was great! Such a pleasure to do business with the AJAX location. Everyone was so kind, helpful and welcoming. I went close to closing too (on a Friday evening) and even though I asked a bunch of questions, everyone greeted me with a smile and helped out! I will definitely be going back.
