*Zero Stars* Estrada Car Rentals charged $300 out of my card without authorization. The owner can't even spell. He responded to a review stating, "Thank you Cheng! We really appreciate you taking the time to RIGHT this amazing review! We are glad we could help you out!" Man said "right." Is this the place you want to do business with?

F rating on BBB. The Better Business Bureau has given these guys an F. I mean seriously with a 2.9 rating of course service was abysmal. I first came on here to let you guys know never go with these incompetent idiots. But now I am writing this review to simply bring their rating down even more. First, when I got the car there was no gas the car. It was literally on E. Second, the car was dirty AF. Third, it had the strongest smell of cigarette. It's as if someone just smoked in the car. Fourth, they never contacted my insurance for ratings and chose to charge my card $300. He refused to reverse it. I spoke to my insurance and they said they would be taking care of the charge and these morons charged my credit card anyways. I REPEAT NEVER EVER GO HERE!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DEAL WITH ACTUAL PROFESSIONALS. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS TRUE SCAMMERS. IM REPORTING YOU GUYS TO THE BUREAU AND WHOEVER ELSE CAN GET THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN. Trust me I am extremely persistent. Zoom into the photos so you can see how the gas tank was given to me on Empty and just how dirty the car was as well.

STAY AWAY!!! These people are the worst and ruthless insurance scammers. They take advantage of vulnerable people who are involved in an accident. I had an accident and the Tow truck driver called them without my consent. I Told him I don't need a rental. But someone from this company already came. They sweet talked me into taking the rental even though I didn't need it. They knew I was new in the country so they took advantage of me and assured me several times that I am covered by my insurance. BUT I WASN'T. So I ended up paying $722 for a 5 day rental. They charged me $250 for picking me up 10 minutes from the accident scene without even disclosing it to me.

Two men from estrada car rentals pickering came to my house friday night at 9pm, 1 week ago. They were aggressive and coercive, demanding the immediate return of the car rental (covered by my auto insurance) without any review of the car for damage or mileage (no doubt with intent to scam me). It is important that anyone considering renting from this company is aware of their behaviour. The review I wrote previously about this incident was deleted (not deleted by me).

Dont rent from these guys. Theyll try to stick you with pre exisiting damages to the rental. Dont trust them. Overpriced too
