So about a year ago I gave this place a 3 stars because: -car was not washed and the car broke down on us turning out to be that they knew this car had a problem but “hoped for the best” it seemed cause they rented it to us anyways. Now, I know not to expect so much of car rental companies but I do have to say that this is the Best place thus far. The costumer service is still top-notch, their prices are good and their cars (8 out of 10) is also top-notch. Shannon is my favourite, as you can sense her willingness to work with the costumers!! Really, she is 5 stars!! So now I’ve been a costumer for 2 years and I’m still satisfied, I will continue to come here and recommend this place others. My car was dirty today too, I did have to spend money in a washing bay but no problem... I’m still very satisfied :)

Excellent selection of cars. Shannon had the knowledge and expertise to help me decide on what vehicle would best suit my road trip needs. Returning was just as easy!

Very professional and friendly staff. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Everything was clearly explained to me. After returning the rental car, they dropped us home. A must for any kind of auto rental!
