Had a terrible customer experience today with Enterprise. Geez I’ve been using this company for the past 10 years and now I’m considering that I fire them as my car rental company of choice. 1. They would not honor the online quote; 2. The agent was nonchalant in attitude- he really didn’t care; 3. They told me they didn’t have any cars available, which I understood and was willing to come back later in the day - and was quoted a price that was significantly higher; 4. Offered my corporate name, and was asked for an account number - to be fair I didn’t have it on me, however I’ve never had to offer it before in the past 10 years; 5. Was told that he couldn’t help me and sent me packing. Additional info: - For one week rental + airport drop off I was quoted 428 cad via phone reservation (declined) - booked online directly with enterprise and was quoted 465 cad - went into this location and was quoted 485 cad - yesterday - went online to Expedia.ca and got a quote for 203 cad - today went online after experience and was provided a quote for 297 cad Seriously ....pricing is all over the map. I miss the days when Enterprise was consistent in pricing, and took care of their customers.

This is the second time we were supplied a vehicle while the car was in the shop. First experience was great. This one not so much. My wife picked up a Chevy cruise yesterday and all was well. Today we find an almost empty bottle of liquor in the centre console. After calling the branch and speaking to Ian they offered to come and exchange the car for one without a bottle in the console. He didn't seem to understand the gravity of the matter. Had my wife been stopped or worse, in an accident this would create a massive problem. I am shocked at the level of disregard for the condition and safety they have for their vehicles and customers.

I am writing this review while stuck in a cold vehicle. Never in my life will I rent a vehicle from this place. My car is currently getting fixed and I was given this crapbox mazda as a rental. The car is uncomfortable as I have long legs. I called informed one of the staff member the next day, and still nothing. And now I discover that the cars don't even have winter tires on them! I can't even go up a tiny ass hill!! I have been stuck for about an hour now. You guys are quick to talk about money and take money from your customers yet you do not have the common decency to make sure all your vehicles have winter tires! I called the location to let them know I was stuck and also to complain about how crappy the winter tires are on the car. The guy let's me know that they have all season tires on them. This is a big big shame. I have been slipping all over the road. Had I known you guys have me a car without winter tires, I wouldn't have even left my house this morning. Winter tires can mean life and death in certain situations. But I guess you guys could care less as it costs less to just slap one tries on the car all year round.. Very disgraceful! Even the tow truck driver was furious! I had cars passing me left and right! Very disgraceful! IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY, GO RENT A CAR ELSEWHERE!

Worst rental company I've ever dealt with. They rent out vehicles full of damages, terrible service for the amount of times I rent at this specific location.
