I've rented a vehicle from this location on several occasions now and I've been beyond pleased with the level of customer service I've received. Honestly, this place has the nicest people working there of any other establishment I've been to. The staff are always in a great mood and seem to really get along and that is reflective in the way they treat their customers. I will never go elsewhere for my car rental needs and I highly recommend this specific enterprise location to anyone who needs a car for a fair price and a smooth car rental experience.

Spent almost a thousand dollars in car rentals 2 years ago for about 2 months. Went to rent a car today and was treated like dog s**t by some power tripping employee. It's just a car rental place, you're not changing the world you're not a unique snowflake. Also your policy to view people's pay stubs to rent a car is very intrusive. I don't see the relation to renting a car. And you stole my points as well. Good day to you.

I received extremely poor service today. My reservation was for 1pm and I was called at 10am asking if I wanted to pick up the car early. I denied the request as I had things to do. I get a call at 1:04pm saying the driver is outside only to come downstairs and the driver isn’t there. I’ve been calling and calling and no one is picking up. Extremely disappointed in the horrible service I have received! I will NOT be recommending this branch to anyone.

Worst experience ever, I have been regular customer at different Enterprise branches in various cities such as: Kitchener, Waterloo, and Guelph without any problem. I have rented a car in this Oshawa branch twice and it will be my last. They overcharged me in two different occasions and when I call them, they said we didn't notice blah blah... Sorry. The second time, I told the manger, you have overcharged me for the second time now. So, be cautious every time you return the car compare the initial invoice with return receipt and see if they overcharged you.

If there was an option for negative stars I would give it right now. They billed me for a transaction and due to an internal error the amount bounced back. First they charged by $11.30 for a fee due to their error. Then they ask me to give a deposit of $150 for security reasons. This is ridiculous as my credit history is perfect and it was a problem with their system. Update. After all the hassle I took, my concern went back to the same person who was rude to me and again told me it was my mistake. Thanks for stealing my money enterprise.
