Friendly and attentive! Convenient and I got a great rate, plus upgraded because I freaked out about the colour of my initial rental. The gentleman who assisted me was professional and funny, I was pretty relaxed. I'm usually nervous about new cars ☺️ but felt at ease. Would recommend to anyone! Also if you have a Costco card, you can book a rental via their website. Amazing.

Have been following up regarding my sunglasses which I forgot in the car. It was in the cup holder near the gear stick in the Centre. I followed up with so many different people at the venue, only to know that there is no clarity internally. Different stories and different timelines, one said they checked and cleaned it before giving to another customer. One said the car is still not rented so will check and get back, one said we have called the customer who rented it after me to check in the car and will me know. Next day they again mess the stories, in the morning they say it's not with that customer as well and in the evening they say we are still waiting to get a word. Amidst all of this, in my heart broken situation of losing a very expensive Ferrari limited edition aviator sunglasses gifted by my father, I was still trying to figure out how can the shades with its cover not be found from the cup holder. Apparently I had an after hour drop, so I took a video of the car exterior in case there are some issues in the morning when they check it. Just to be safe. I see it in the car in the video, but they didn't find it when they opened the car. I wish I had checked the car or even clicked snaps and reached the next morning before they opened to collect my shades. It was only at 11am next day I realized I didn't have it. This was again brought to their notice that the video shows the sunglass case. How can it not be found in the morning. To which a new story comes into picture that they will have to check with the cleaning staff now. I mean, at least respect the sentimental value of something which is very important. Now that I have the proof as well. Still I don't know how to proceed with this, I am seriously heartbroken. I agree it's my fault I forgot it in the car. But why do you only get cheap stuff in the lost and found. And wasted or broken accessories. Things so unique and collectible like this are not even found. SORRY TO SAY THEY ARE TAKEN AS ACHIEVEMENTS OF CLEANING CARS. REQUESTING to find me my sunglasses. I'll be forever grateful.

Beyond amazing customer service....they are all so friendly and willing to help out and give you the best deal possible, always fair, every step of the way. I just keep going back! The cars are also wonderful, clean and with great choices.

Mariam and I forgot the tall Asian guys name are great guys, needed a last min rental cause my engine blew on my car and they were able to setup my rental within a hour and got me picked up and on the road and also honoured my original rate I had before when I rented in the past.
