Good experience overall. Very efficient service. Received a call from what I assumed is head office shortly after making a call to my insurance company about an accident. Received another call from this location shortly thereafter. Went to pick up a rental and was in and out of there pretty quickly. Friendly service to boot. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Only downside was that their vehicle selection wasn't very big. To be fair, that's probably a result of them having that many customers.

Cars with excellent price. I went there to get the cheapest car and I got an automatic upgrade since they didn’t have what I had chosen. The clerk was kind and handled everything as expected. When I returned the car few days later they gave me a ride home.

Very disappointed in the service. When we called to confirm our rental we were then informed that the car had been in an accident and we had no rental. If we didn’t call we would not have been informed. After dealing with two people they told us they would look into it. Hours later and they never got back to us. My family and I will never book with discount again.

Truck was excellent because it was brand new except the side mirror was loose so I spent the whole time leaning way out the window adjusting it for 5 hours. Not dealership's fault. Service was excellent and price for long hauls is inexpensive at 22 cent per k.

This location is a JOKE and being operated by a scam artist of a manager named PK who never comes out of his office to talk to the clients face to face and always sends his staff to do his work for him. I rented a truck with these guys based on this being 2018 and online booking being in trend. Upon arriving at this location, I was told that online booking has glitches and that customers shouldn’t based their reservation off of that. Instead of finding me a solution to this ordeal of not having my truck ready...I was passed around to other locations who MAY or MAY not have a truck. I highly advise ANYONE from renting from this branch as you will 100% run into an issue and get treated like your business doesn’t matter to them. Disgusting
